The Why
Tae Clements isn't just a speaker, he's a voice students can relate to, trust, and grow with.
As the founder of TVision Outreach, Tae is on a mission to inspire, mentor, and develop the next generation of leaders through real conversations, impactful experiences, and authentic connection. His approach goes beyond motivation, he focuses on transformation.
Tae's story is one many students can see themselves in. He wasn't the perfect student. In fact, he nearly didn't graduate high school. With a 1.9 GPA and a lack of direction, things could have gone very differently. But everything changed when someone took the time to see his potential.
That moment changed his life, and now it fuels his purpose. After graduating High school Tae was still lost in his direction with life and was depressed.
Tae Clements gave his life to Christ because that was his only option to get his life in order, and that was to find Jesus. Today, Tae works with schools, Students, and educators to create environments where young people feel seen, heard, and challenged to grow. Through assemblies, mentorship programs, TVision Outreach helps students build confidence, accountability, discipline, and vision for their future.

1. Mentorship & ELITE Talk Sessions
We build real relationships with students through consistent mentorship that focuses on character, accountability, and identity. Through ELITE Talk sessions, students are challenged to think differently, make better choices, and see their worth beyond their circumstances.
3. Teacher & Staff Development
TVision doesn't just focus on students, we support the educators too. Through workshops and conversations, we help teachers reconnect their "why" understand student behavior from a new lens, and build stronger classroom culture.
2. School Assemblies & Student Engagement
We partner with schools to deliver High energy, story driven assemblies that connect with students where they are. These sessions are designed to inspire, refocus, and reset the culture of a school in a way students actually respond to.
4. Student leadership Development Program
This program is designed specifically for student leaders already serving in roles such as class officers, team captains, and campus ambassadors. We focus on helping them grow beyond titles and become real influences on their campuses. Students are equipped with practical leadership skills, character development, and the confidence to lead their peers in a positive direction both inside and outside the classroom.
